Year 5 Writing

This week, year 5 continued reading their class text, ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians – The Lighting Thief’.

Through the text, the children have applied and consolidated a range of reading and writing skills including: using prepositional phrases, writing multi-clause sentences, making inferences and prediction. They are highly engaged in the text and are eagerly looking forward to finding out what happens next in Percy’s adventure!
